Burundi Church

Central Baptist's Burundi congregation consists of refuges from the country of Burundi. 

Over the past several years this group has gone from a small group of individuals to a

true body of believers.

 

The leadership of Central Baptist Church saw God using Dany to lead the Burundi

congregation in 2012.   After prayer, discussion with Dany and observing God working

through Dany’s life, Pastor Omarasked Dany to consider becoming the pastor of the

Burundi congregation at Central.  Dany prayerfully considered the opportunity and also

could sense God calling him into this new role. 

 

On 10 March 2013, Byamungu Dany was ordained as the first pastor of the Burundi

congregationat Central Baptist Church.  Dany and Devote have two children Divine (3)

and Devin (2).
